![]() ![]() and I also did not think windows scaling fonts should affect printing. Still not absolutely sure though as I never had that issue occur before with another Windows 10 system running two 4k monitors and one with 1600x1200. ![]() will have to test more to definitively ascertain that the problem is a direct result of the windows font scaling. As an aside, I also tried setting the windows font scaling to 100% and it seemed to work on her machine - plot looks ok. if I ever find out definitively what caused this issue, I will post a reply. ![]() So I'm pretty sure it was the monitor plus Windows 10 scaling the fonts by 200% that caused the issue as the user had plotted numerous times (with an older machine) without issues, but started experiencing this issue where the fonts were printing half-size with her new system. no settings changed in either plot dialog box for 2017/2018 Revit. once I disconnected that 4k monitor, the PDF and the printer plots came out perfectly. after checking fonts and switching to a non custom font (fonts installed are ok / no errors, switching fonts resulted in the same scaling issue), decided on a whim to try and disconnect the 4K monitor (she had one monitor that was 4k, the other two are 1920x10x1200, I think), the 4k had the setting windows recommended scaling of fonts up by 200%). the user had plotted something correctly before she switched to a new computer and started experiencing the font issue immediately with both of her Revit 20 projects. ![]()
